The practice has an automated telephone system which is designed to provide a fast response to your call both day and night. The staff are trained to deal with your call efficiently and effectively.
We would like to inform all patients that telephone calls made between 08:30 – 09:30 may take longer to answer or deal with due to high volume of calls during this busy period.
Please note that in the interests of all parties telephone calls may be recorded.
