Telephone consultations are available every day and are an effective way of ensuring you have access to clinicians without having to attend surgery.  Telephone consultations are appropriate for:

·         Initial telephone triage of medical problems

·         Medication reviews

·         Sickness certification

Our reception team are trained to ask for details of your medical problem to ensure an appointment is made with the appropriate clinician.  Please contact reception to arrange an appointment.

We offer emergency appointments however we will ask for more information and may advise you to call 999.

We also allow pre booking of appointments, up to 8 weeks ahead.

A new On-line service is now available. This means that you can register to book appointments on-line and order repeat prescriptions.  To do this you will need to complete a registration form  by calling in to our surgery. To register you will need to present photographic ID (driving licence, passport) to the reception staff at the surgery.
