Flu Vaccine Clinics
No Appointment Required
Drop-in clinic dates are:
Tues 28th Sept 8.00-10.00am and 3.30-5.00pm
Thurs 30th Sept 8.00-10.00am
Tues 5th Oct 8.00-10.00am and 2.00-4.00pm
Thurs 7th Oct 9.00-10.30am
Swine Flu Vaccinations
Drop In clinics are being held Monday to Thursday from 12.30 - 1.30pm or alternatively you can make an appointment with the practice nurse.
You should have the swine flu vaccination if you are six months of age or above and:
- you have a long-term health condition such as chronic lung (asthmatics), heart, kidney, liver or neurological disease, or diabetes mellitus
- you are pregnant
- your immune system is compromised because of a disease or treatment for a disease
- you live in the same house as someone whose immune system is compromised

Practice
List Closed
The practice has declared a 'Full List' from
Thursday 15th October 2009.
Unfortunately our list is full and we do not
have the resources to look after any more
patients. We will be unable to accept any
applications for registration with the
exception of those from immediate family
members of existing patients.
